New night shows Friday & Saturday at 7 p.m., discounted admissions on family Friday nights and discounted admissions on Saturday nights with restaurant receipt
DENVER, Colo. — The beautiful Mystic Mermaids of Downtown Aquarium Denver have extended their stay due to popular demand! Performances will be every Monday through Thursday at noon along with Friday shows at 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 7 p.m.; Saturday shows at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m and 7 p.m. and Sunday shows at 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
On Labor Day, shows will be at 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. After Labor Day, the show schedule will be every Monday through Thursday at noon. There are no shows scheduled in September during the week, however the Mystic Mermaids will be appearing at noon during the week for photo opportunities and meet and greets.
October performances continue every Monday through Thursday at noon; Fridays at 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 7 p.m.; Saturdays at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. and Sundays at 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
Every Friday night, children’s admission is only $5. Every Saturday night, show your Downtown Aquarium restaurant receipt and enjoy discounted admission.
The Mystic Mermaids show is family-friendly and interactive. The performance is choreographed to under-the-sea themed music and also features a narrated, conservation-focused segment.
“We’re thrilled with the community’s response to our Mystic Mermaids shows,” said Scot Hulgan, Downtown Aquarium general manager. “They add a great family-friendly component to Downtown Aquarium and are extremely popular with visitors of all ages.”
In addition to enjoying the regular performances, guests can book opportunities to swim with the mermaids, schedule a mermaid birthday appearance, take photos with the mermaids, purchase autographed mermaid photos and register for mermaid swim camp. Mermaid-themed toys will also be available for purchase at the Gift Shop.
Regular admission is $15.99 for adults, $14.99 for seniors and $9.99 for children ages 3 to 11.
