Colorado State Fair Parade Competition Results


The Greater Pueblo Chamber of Commerce Presents another Colorado State Fair Parade with Style

(PUEBLO , CO) With the final entries making their way through downtown Pueblo for the 2010 Colorado State Fair parade early this afternoon, Greater Pueblo Chamber of Commerce President Rod Slyhoff announced that this year’s parade was one of quality. “The parade was full of great entries this year including 21 marching bands from across the state, 7 horse groups along with numerous floats,” said Slyhoff.

Nearly 40,000 people from across Colorado came to Pueblo to see the 128 entries in the parade. The Greater Pueblo Chamber sends out a special thanks to the 100 plus volunteers that helped to make this parade a success. The Chamber would also like to thank Pueblo Community College , CNM Productions for televising the 2010 Colorado State Fair Parade.

In addition, the Greater Pueblo Chamber would like to thank the hundreds of people who donated their time, goods and services in putting on the Parade including: A-1 Barricade & Sign, Inc., Boy Scouts of America, My Friend the Printer, Newsom Trucking, Pepsi Bottling Group, Pueblo Board of Water Works, Pueblo Community College, Pueblo Parks & Recreation, Pueblo Police Department, Standard Sales, U. S. Bank, Waste Management and Greater Pueblo Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Team.
