GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colorado, (press release)– Echo Summit Property Management, a leading Colorado Property Manager, announced today that it has been approved by the Colorado Department of Real Estate to offer “Property Management Trends and Issues – 2010”, a 2-hour CE course that covers recent trends, issues and legislation that affect the Colorado property management market.

The course provides a concise overview of recent trends and regulations that every agent must be aware of, especially if they or their clients are managing their own properties.
